According to current legislation, cosmetic products of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged (source): 

- combs, combs and massage brushes;

- mittens.

 

How to return a good quality item (for example, changed your mind):

1. Exchange or return of goods is possible within 14 days from the moment of purchase.

2. Exchange or return of goods is carried out if:

  • The product has not been used and has not been used;
  • The packaging and completeness of the product is kept.

3. Refunds are made to the buyer's bank card within five days from the moment the store receives the goods.

4. The return of goods of proper quality initiated by the buyer (for example, change of mind) is paid for by the buyer.

 

How to return the product or exchange it if a factory defect is detected (for example, the cover is broken, the sprayer does not work):

1. An exchange or return is possible within 14 days of purchase.

  • The exchange or return of goods is possible if:
  • The item has not been used or consumed;

2. The package and the complete set of the Goods are preserved.

3. Refunds are made to the buyer's bank card within five days from receipt of the goods by the store.

4. Replacement of defective goods for a new one is made after the store receives defective goods. In this case the whole delivery is paid by the store.
